How to Order Stock Items
To view items for sale, click on the ONLINE SHOP to see the range of products in stock. Any item recently sold will be updated within 24 hrs and removed from the Online Shop.
The photo galleries under each section (Necklaces, Bracelets etc) show items that are now unavailable or sold so you can see possible options if you wish to place a bespoke order for similar item (note all items are one-offs so will not be identical but could be made up in the similar colour or style). All beads bought from suppliers are limited stock only so once item sold out then can source alternatives for you.
Once you have found the item(s) you wish to pruchase, click on the Buy Now section. You will be redirected to PayPal where you can make payment securely without sharing your card details with Pavoni. Once payment has been successful, the order will be despatched. Goods for sale on the website will typically be despatched within 3-5 working days, orders for bespoke items will be as advised at time of order confirmation.
Bespoke Orders
If you wish to have something bespoke made especially for you, then please complete the Contact Form or send a quick email with your specific requirements. I will then get in touch with you to discuss in full before giving you a quotation of costs before any order is confirmed. Depending on the complexity of the jewellery item and any of the materials to be used, bespoke orders normally take 2 weeks to make. This will be discussed at the design stage so you know when to expect delivery.
Payment Method
To make payment for an order, the easiest (and most secure method) is using PAYPAL for payment transactions. It is free and very easy to create a PAYPAL account in minutes. I can also accept personal cheques but will not be able to dispatch any orders until the money has cleared so this may take a few days. I can also email to let you know that cheque has cleared and dispatch date.

Shipping & Delivery
At the present time I only ship within the UK. Your order will arrive by first class Royal Mail post and will come wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely organza bag. If buying for a gift you can select either a gift box or gift bag with your order for a small additional charge of £1.00 (simply select either option from the Online Shop).
Note: Cost of postage will be added on via PayPal when you confirm your order. I charge a flat rate of £2.00 for orders upto the value of £74, £5.00 for order value £75 to £149 and £7.50 for orders over £150 value.
For bespoke orders: Postage cost and despatch date will be confirmed when your item has been made and ready to ship. Postage cost will be in line with the above.
When your order has been shipped out to your specified mailing address, you will receive an email confirming this to you. If you do not hear from me after placing your order, then please contact me to confirm your delivery date. If you do not receive your order by the stated delivery time, please contact me or use the tracking number provided by Royal Mail.
Refunds and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, I offer a full refund less any postage costs for items returned in their original condition and in original wrapping/gift box etc. Refund must be claimed via email within 7 days on your receipt of the goods. Please note that bespoke orders and any pierced earrings are non-returnable/refundable, whether purchased in a set or separately. The cost of this item will therefore be deducted from any refund given.
Please note that when returning items you are responsible for ensuring that the items are well packaged and will have to pay for the cost of postage. For your own security when mailing any returns you should obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office in case there are any problems with missing packages.
