Well, what can I say? Having been a major buyer of fashion jewellery myself from all over the world (my friends would tell you!!) I always like to wear something to go with my outfits.  I soon realised that I would have to start creating my own pieces to feed this addiction.

Having received many comments on the jewellery I wear or have made for family and friends, with people asking "where did you get that?", it's now grown into a part-time home business.  I am based in Aberdeenshire and spend hours at home creating new designs every week.  It's very satisfying getting an exact match of jewellery to complement your latest clothing purchase, especially when the shops have nothing to match or you want something that no-one else has..!

Why Pavoni...? The name Pavoni means peacocks in Italian and I love all the colours you see in a peacock feather and of course anything Italian related (Murano Glass, italian food and wines etc) so that's why I choose that unusual name.

So that's the start of Pavoni Designs and more good things to come I hope.
